Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:

 

Do I need to get more than one estimate?

 

No. Oregon law states that you may have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice, however some insurance companies require your vehicle be inspected by one of their adjusters either at your home, place of employment, or their drive-in claims location.

 

Do I have to accept non-OEM (other than factory) parts?

 

Some insurance policies dictate the use of non-OEM parts when they are cost effective. However most insurance companies don't typically require the use of parts not independently certified for quality fit or finish.

 

Note: CE Miller Auto Body will not install parts that are not like, kind and quality (LKQ) without the owners consent.

 

Is your work guaranteed?

 

Yes. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects for as long as you own your vehicle.

 

Will I have a rental car while my vehicle is being repaired?

 

Most 3rd party claims, where the accident was someone else’s fault, a rental car will be provided to you as part of the claims process and we can generally make the rental arrangements for you. Most insurance companies offer rental car coverage. Check your policy or ask your agent if you have this coverage.

 

What is a deductible and when do I need to pay tills?

 

Your insurance policy covers your vehicle for repairs (less your specific deductible). In other words, you are self insuring for any repairs that are less then this deductible amount. Deductibles are paid to tile repair shop upon the completion of the repairs.

 

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

 

No. Our hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. We are available thru the lunch hour as well.
